NOWAITN Payments
Payments · NOWAITN

Take payments.

Stripe processes the card. NOWAITN connects every charge to the order, shift, or booking that earned it — so refunds and books happen on their own. No middleware to wire up.

Stripe-backed · Multi-tenant · MCP-ready

Why this beats Stripe alone

More than a checkout. The whole money loop.

Stripe and Adyen give you a great card processor. NOWAITN gives you that, plus everything that happens before and after the charge — built in, so you don't stitch it together.

01

Built into every app you already run

Orders, Reservations, Queue, PLM — every transaction flows through your one Stripe account. With Shopify or Adyen you wire each surface up yourself.

One Stripe account, every surface
02

Refunds with policy, not panic

Set who can refund what, why, and up to how much. Every refund logs the actor, reason, amount, and the source charge — clean audit trail, no shadow refunds.

Policy → reason → audit log
Common questions

Payments, answered.

Stripe is a card processor. NOWAITN Payments is Stripe Connect already wired into the apps that capture the charges (Orders, Reservations, Queue, PLM). You get reconciliation and refund governance for free, instead of building all of that yourself on top of raw Stripe.

Shopify and Adyen are great if your business is one checkout surface. NOWAITN is built for businesses that have multiple — a POS, an online order page, a reservation deposit, a subscription. One Stripe account behind all of them, one set of books at the end of the day.

No. Payments works on its own with any spoke that captures a charge. As you turn on more apps, charges from those apps automatically flow through the same Connect account — no extra setup per app.

Stripe handles PCI and the underlying card-network compliance. NOWAITN produces the audit trail per refund. You stay on the lighter end of compliance.

Stripe charges its standard processing fees on each transaction. NOWAITN does not add per-transaction markup. Plan pricing for the platform itself is on the pricing page at nowaitn.com/pricing.
